Phase 1 – 3

Turkey Taco Salad

Ingredients

2 tsp avocado oil

1 portion ground turkey

½ tsp dried oregano

¼ tsp salt

½ roma tomato, deseeded and chopped

1 jalapeno, chopped fine (or less if you prefer it less spicy)

2 tbsp cilantro, chopped

½ lime, cut into quarters

2 leaves romaine lettuce, chopped

½ bag IP Dorados, crumbled

Directions

Serves: 1

Scaleable: yes, up to 4 potions

Prep time: 5 min

Cook time: 10 min

Method:

Heat oil in a non stick skillet over medium heat and swirl. Add ground turkey, oregano and salt and cook until browned slightly, 2-3 minutes.

Add roma tomatoes and jalapeno and sautee until turkey is cooked through, about 5 minutes.

Stir in cilantro.

Place romaine leaves in a bowl and top with turkey mixture. Crumble IP Dorados on top and serve with lime wedges.

Salmon Teriyaki with Bell Peppers (Konjac Noodles)

Ingredients

1 portion salmon

½ bell pepper deseeded and sliced into 1cm thick slices

2 tbsp IP Sesame Sauce

1 tsp ginger, finely grated

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp lime juice

Zest of 1 lime

1 cup konjac noodles prepared according to package directions (fettuccini or angel hair variety)

Directions

Serves: 1

Prep time: 5 min

Cook time: 15 min

Method:

Preheat oven to 400F and line a tray with aluminum foil.

In a bowl, toss sesame sauce with salmon and pepper carefully in a bowl. Place on aluminum foil and bring up the sides of the aluminum foil to cover the salmon. Create a seal on the aluminum foil by folding the edges of the sides on each other.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 140F at the thickest part of the salmon.

Carefully open the aluminum foil pack and drain the juices into a saucepan.

Set the oven to broil and return the salmon to the oven. Broil for 2-3 minutes or until the top is slightly caramelized.

Meanwhile, bring the saucepan with the salmon juices up to a simmer and add the ginger, garlic, lime juice and lime zest. Simmer for 1 minute. Stir in konjac noodles. Plate.

Remove salmon from oven and put on top of konjac noodles.

Phase 2 – 3

Beef Kebobs with Cauliflower Steaks

Ingredients

1 portion beef tenderloin, cut into 1” cubes

1/8 tsp salt

1/2 tsp olive oil

1 lemon, zested and juiced, divided

1/2 bell pepper, deseeded and cut into 1” squares

Cauliflower Steaks:

½ head cauliflower, cut into 1” thick slices through the stem keeping the whole slice intact, set aside any loose florets for another use

1/8 tsp salt

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp olive oil

5 pecans, chopped (1/2 portion fat)

1 oz (28g) feta, toasted, crumbled (fat)

1 tbsp parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions

Serves: 1

Scaleable: yes, up to 2 potions

Prep time: 10 min

Marinating time: 1hr (optional)

Cook time: 20 min

Method:

Toss beef cubes with salt, olive oil, lemon zest and half of the lemon juice. Set aside.

Toss cauliflower steaks carefully with salt, onion powder, olive oil and remaining lemon juice.

Optionally marinade beef and cauliflower for 1 hr.

Preheat air fryer to 400F. Place cauliflower steaks into air fryer cook for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, skewer beef cubes and green pepper, alternating each. Place into air fryer beside cauliflower steaks. Flip cauliflower steak and cook for another 5 minutes or until charred. Continue cooking beef until internal temperature reaches 145F.

When ready to serve, top cauliflower steaks with pecans, crumbled feta and optional parsley.

In North America, the Ideal Protein Protocol cost on average about $21 a day, which includes the cost of the foods and the supplements. We encourage you to think of the cost of the Protocol as part of your grocery bill. Redirecting average food expenses to different, healthier options often results in the Protocol being neutral in cost. Consultation fees vary from one location to another, depending on the additional services they offer, so feel free to visit many locations around your area.

Can I be on the Protocol if I’m a vegetarian or vegan?
Vegetarians can follow the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol and can consume eggs, fish or tofu during their evening meal for their whole protein. As an alternative, vegetarians can have 2 Ideal Protein foods for dinner in replacement of their whole protein. Ensure you review the ingredient list on all boxes before purchasing them. Strict vegans, who do not consume any animal proteins and animal by-products, such as dairy products, honey and so on, do not qualify to follow the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol due to the many dietary restrictions.
How is the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol different from other protein diets on the market?
